By accessing the Website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

I offer professional web development consultations, primarily focused on WordPress-based solutions. My services include:

• One-on-one consultation sessions conducted via Zoom or Google Meet
• Scheduling and booking management through Google Calendar
• Website development strategy, planning, and advisory services
• General WordPress and web technology guidance

All services are provided remotely. Physical meetings are not included unless specifically arranged.

3. Booking & Appointments

3.1 Consultations may be booked through this Website using the integrated scheduling system linked to Google Calendar.

3.2 Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation and meeting link via Zoom or Google Meet.

3.3 I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, I will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring your technology (device, internet connection, Zoom/Google Meet access) is functioning before the scheduled session.

4. Payments

4.1 All service fees are displayed on the Website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.2 Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of these respective payment processors.

4.3 All transactions are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4.4 I do not store your full payment card details on my servers.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

5.2 Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

5.3 No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable.

5.4 Refund requests must be submitted via email. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and design, is my intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

6.2 Any deliverables, code, or materials produced during a paid consultation session and explicitly agreed upon remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

6.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Website’s content without my prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

My services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that:

• The Website will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• Consultation advice will result in any specific outcome or result
• Any specific business goals will be achieved following a consultation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or this Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
